Steps to Connect a device...

- On your device, open your WiFi settings and connect to Tengo Internet
- Once you connect to Tengo, it should automatically pull open a login page
- Create an account or login with previously created account and proceed to Step 3
**IF the login page does not pull up proceed to Step 2**

Open a browser (i.e Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge)
- Use URL: start.tengointernet.com
- If that URL does not work you can use the login page ip address which is: 10.92.78.1.
- You will enter just that number in the address bar and it will pull up the Welcome to Tengointernet Login page.

Once you create an account, it will display your account information after a 30 second ad. Click "Get Online" to activate the internet.
(Note: if you exit the page before clicking "Get Online", it will not activate the service. Please ensure you click the "Get Online" button to activate the internet)
**If you are not having success at your site, trying performing these steps at the camp store for better results**
Connecting a browserless device...
(TV, Roku, Gaming System, any device that connects to wifi without a browser. Please note: If the device has a browser, reference the "Steps to Connect" section. If it does not work, please proceed to step 1 of "Connecting a Browserless Device")
STEP 1:
You will need to locate the WIRELESS MAC ADDRESS from the device.
- Mac address on Roku: Settings>System>About> Wifi or Wireless Mac address
- Mac Address on Firestick: Settings> My Fire Tv or System> About> Network> Wifi or Wireless Mac
- General smart tvs and gaming systems: Settings>System>About OR Settings>Network> Manual Setup
**The mac address is a series of 12 numbers and letters separated by colons or dashes**
sTEP 2
Once you have...
-located your device's mac address and have
-chosen an upgraded plan
-entered your information and clicked submit...
It will show you a 30 second ad. After the ad, you will be brought to the Login Credentials and Transactions page.
Click on manage devices.

Once you get to the Manage Devices Screen:
1) Enter the device name
2) Enter the mac address (including the colons)
3) Click add device
Step 4:
- Once you've added the device it will show the screen to left.
- Click select a plan and it will bring you back to the previous page.
STEP 5:
- Click on Launch Current session

- Click get online

If you have done everything correctly, you will get to this screen below and are free to start browsing the internet with the devices you have activated!
