You must pay a 5% for sale fee (5% of the final sale price shown on the Bill of Sale for the entire package). A $500.00 deposit is required up front at which time your listing gets added to the "Tuckahoe for Sale List." The $500.00 will be refunded ONLY if your trailer is not sold. The balance of the 5% For Sale Fee must be paid by THE SELLER prior to the buyers taking over the campsite.
Your camping equipment (trailer, deck, shed, sunroom, golf cart, etc.) is worth MUCH MORE sitting on a seasonal site in Tuckahoe with no vacancies & a long waiting list. The PRIVILEGE of being allowed to sell on our campsites provides multiple benefits to you. Keep in mind, you have the option to avoid the 5% for sale fee by removing your own equipment from Tuckahoe & selling it yourself OFF the premises.

Yes, just place your name/site# on the list on the bulletin board with frequency (once-a-week, or as-needed). Please call the office if you are in need of a one-time grass cut.
If you do not request your grass to be cut, overgrown grass gets cut and billed at $30/cut. There is extra wear and tear on community mowers as well as extra time/effort to cut it when it’s overgrown, hence the additional cost.
